At Dora Larsen, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your lingerie; if your order isn't quite right, you can return unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Dora Larsen labels and hygiene strips intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and processed your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
